Rotana Hotels seeks a dedicated and ambitious Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service and leadership. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver world-class customer service and create lifelong memories for our guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on daily operational needs, including rate levels, occupancy forecasts, and other critical information.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRONT OFFICE TEAMS, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE AND TEAMWORK.
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND MENTOR FRONT DESK STAFF TO ACHIEVE EXCEPTIONAL GUEST SERVICE AND QUALITY STANDARDS.
- SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE ON HOTEL AMENITIES AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS TO DELIGHT OUR GUESTS AND EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS.
- ENSURE ACCURATE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS ARE COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY AND ACCURATELY.
- ENSURE PMS DATA IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND REFLECTS THE BEST POSSIBLE GUEST EXPERIENCE.
