Customer Experience Director

We are Al Tayer Insignia, a renowned organization seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Customer Experience department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic targets that support all business divisions, while ensuring continuous growth through effective KPI management.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong experience in martech and automation, with the ability to optimize CRM applications in line with strategic business needs. This individual will provide an effective sales funnel by streamlining customer data under one customer view.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of customer segmentation, market trends, and competitor analysis. You will consult with Marketing to develop a strategic approach towards the marketing calendar, while monitoring customer behavior through current system availability.
The successful candidate will evaluate customer growth across different markets and customer groups, identifying opportunities for improvement. They will plan and manage Omni-channel marketing campaigns based on data insights, driving engagement and loyalty across multiple touchpoints.
In addition, our ideal candidate will conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, providing recommendations for future strategy discussions.
