Customer Experience and Communications Leader

GymNation is looking for a Customer Experience and Communications Leader to drive our customer engagement efforts. As a key member of our head office management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that improve lead-to-member conversion, enhance member engagement, and drive retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience in using Communication Platform software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot. They will also have knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and be able to analyse data to inform marketing decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing customer experience and communications strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Communication Platform software and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
