Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Retention Manager to lead our customer retention efforts, focusing on developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop targeted retention programs. Your expertise in customer behavior and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in driving business results and enhancing customer experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
  • Develop and execute retention programs to target specific customer clusters and prevent or reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retention programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Present campaign effectiveness analysis to top management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
