Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to lead our team in creating unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests in our Restaurants and Bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional Food & Beverage experiences for our guests
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to drive business results

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort
  • Experience in Bar and Lounge in a Resort is a mandatory requirement for the role
  • Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage with good beverage knowledge
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Proactive approach with an eye to details to ensure consistent service across the Restaurant
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
