Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Food and Beverage Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and driving revenue growth through effective resource planning, team management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resource Planning and Team Management: Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  2. Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and train the Food and Beverage Operations team to achieve exceptional service standards and drive business growth.
  3. Brand Standards and Quality: Ensure that all Heartists are aware of the importance of maintaining brand standards, quality measures, and SOPs at all times.
  4. Menu Planning and Promotions: Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices, and promotional events to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
  5. Guest Feedback and Satisfaction: Focus on guest feedback and continuously work to improve guest satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage.
  3. Extensive Beverage Knowledge: Proven knowledge of beverages and ability to lead by example.
  4. Service Focused Personality: Strong service focus and passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to lead by example.
