About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at A&A Associate, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, achieving sales and business targets, and utilizing CRM tools to track sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  3. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors, showcasing the benefits of our off-plan properties.
  4. Work closely with the Head of Property Investment to manage risks and ensure alignment with market trends and company goals.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the real estate market trends and regulations, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic or French, is highly desirable.
