Position Overview

The role of the Senior Sales Executive is pivotal in driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client relationships and maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Accountable for meeting overall sales goals through proactive sourcing and prospecting for new clients, while also nurturing existing accounts to boost revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Focus on fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and enhancing service standards. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to assess service quality and suggest operational improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze revenue, yield, and team productivity to recommend adjustments that align with client satisfaction and profitability goals.
  • Communication of Product Offerings: Regularly inform clients about the product portfolio through various channels to optimize sales and revenue. Ensure timely communication of policy updates to frontline staff and partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports, including comprehensive business reviews and responses to client inquiries.
  • Market Analysis: Review and analyze market trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Supplier Portfolio Management: Lead sales initiatives related to supplier portfolios, including drafting and negotiating proposals and agreements.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support the successful integration of new clients into the sales platform.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and participation in review meetings to discuss strategies for increasing sales.
  • Strategic Direction: Ensure alignment with the strategic objectives for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) across all customer support functions.
  • Change Leadership: Advocate for online sales initiatives within the team, modeling new behaviors and practices.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate quality market intelligence regarding trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Internal Support: Provide assistance to internal teams, addressing a range of issues within established service level agreements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of actions, events, and meeting notes within the Customer Relationship Management system.
