Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Nathan HR Human Resources.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle mail and packages, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate courier services, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support the team by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs, ensuring seamless continuity.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, located in Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah.
Estimated Salary: AED 6,000 - 7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
