Front Office Coordinator

At Occidental Sharjah Grand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Agent / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk duties, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle all front desk duties, including check-in and check-out, cashiering, and taking reservations.
- Assist guests with their queries and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
