We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive the growth of our end-to-end cold solutions for perishable products and food items. In this role, you will play a key role in developing new business and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized cold chain solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored proposals to showcase our capabilities in end-to-end cold storage, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and changing customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in cold chain logistics, perishable goods, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of cold storage and transport logistics, with the ability to convey technical information to clients in an accessible manner.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
