As a Sales and Revenue Director at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the sales team, especially in their absence.
  • Attend internal meetings and client appointments in the absence of the Director of Sales.
  • Responsible for key account management, ensuring revenue maximization and achieving personal targets.
  • Prospect new accounts and manage geographical markets, including European markets.
  • Conduct site inspections and adhere to Corporate SOPs.
  • Follow up on tentative bookings and maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and hotel services.
  • Responsible for timely contracting and SMART contracting to ensure optimum yielding.
  • Attend trade shows and sales blitz, and assist in defining an annual sales action plan.
  • Execute sales actions within set cost budget structure and cross-sell other Kempinski Hotels.
  • Document all sales actions and update the OPERA contact database.
