The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building large partnership networks, excellent sales and leadership skills, and strong analytical abilities.
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies and activities for partnerships and key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts within the Partner program in the CIS region.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and activities for partnerships and key accounts.
- Work closely with stakeholders across regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Identify and develop partners/KOL/key account relationships for future business opportunities.
- Manage a team of affiliate business development managers who focus on key markets.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related space.
- Leadership experience, ideally revenue-generating team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and native Russian language skills required.
