Key Responsibilities- Reservations Operations: To supervise and manage Reservations operations, ensuring a high quality of reservations delivery to clients.
- Revenue Management: To monitor potential highs and lows periods in the business, support and implement appropriate sales actions after revenue strategy meetings, analyze market segmentations daily and monthly basis to evaluate online and offline sales opportunities.
- Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: To maintain effective guest relations, work closely with commercial and other operation departments, promote a helpful and professional image to clients, contribute to the design of the hotel's business strategy, and daily/monthly revenue targets.
- Operations: To monitor online channel representation, ensure daily reservations duties, complete the Rate Shopping Report on a daily basis, ensure that restricted dates, offer rates, and promotions are updated and monitored on a daily basis.
- Leadership and Development: To supervise and develop the Reservations Agents, ensure all reservations and requests are confirmed correctly and within 24 hours, and upon request according to the quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations and Revenue Operations in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel operations systems.
