We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Operations Manager to join our team at Accor. As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our facility patrons and lifeguard team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facility Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of our facility patrons and lifeguard team by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  2. Lifeguard Supervision and Training: Supervise and train our lifeguard team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond to emergency situations.
  3. Daily Facility Safety Inspection: Conduct daily safety inspections of the facility to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
Requirements
