Business Development Executive

Duncan & Ross is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in our business growth strategy, focusing on client retention and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to expand our client base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying collaborative opportunities that deliver mutual benefit.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic plans to enhance client relationships and foster business growth, aligning with our company objectives.
  • Business Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals for current and prospective clients, highlighting the value of our BIM services.
  • Presentation Design: Design and align company presentations to best practices in Account Management, ensuring clear communication of our services' value.
  • Client Support: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing any issues that arise and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on initiatives related to assigned clients, including project completion dates, Purchase Orders per project/consultant, contracts, and any extensions.
  • Resource Management: Meet client resource needs by understanding technical requirements and delegating tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Language: Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar sales role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Advantageous to have a background in industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, or Telecommunications.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel for data tracking and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to their needs, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a relevant field.
