Job Description

As an IT Sales Account Manager at Antal International, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your knowledge of the UAE market and IT infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and market insights to inform business decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry, including emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Requirements:

  • IT Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
  • Enterprise Sales: Experience selling to large enterprises, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • IT Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, backup and recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
