Job Title: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Abacus IT Solutions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and exceed them consistently.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective pipeline management, sales quota achievement, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Utilize a CRM opportunity management system to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  6. Experience working in the Middle East, specifically in the UAE, is a plus but not mandatory.
