Job Title: Sales Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Abacus IT Solutions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and exceed them consistently.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective pipeline management, sales quota achievement, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize a CRM opportunity management system to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working in the Middle East, specifically in the UAE, is a plus but not mandatory.
