Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Leader to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Security Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Security Systems Management: Maintain and update all security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Incident Response: Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents, including reviewing and analyzing incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train the Security Team, including organizing work schedules and ensuring all policies are followed.
  • Communication: Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team to ensure everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Security Experience: Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a large-scale environment.
  • Planning and Organization: Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems.
  • Qualifications: Current and working knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid procedures.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Arabic speaker preferred.
