Key Responsibilities of the Role

Preparation for VIP Arrivals:

  • Organize and prepare for VIP arrivals for the current and upcoming days, ensuring all guest preferences are recorded and accommodations are assigned appropriately.

Management of Amenities

  • Oversee the distribution of amenities within the Rooms Division, ensuring they are placed in rooms prior to guest arrivals and monitoring usage to manage costs effectively.

Effective Communication and Coordination

  • Maintain strong communication with various departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, and In-Room Dining, to ensure timely delivery of amenities and address any issues related to VIP accommodations.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare detailed reports for hotel management regarding scheduled VIP guests, providing essential information and preferences to enhance their experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Utilize the Opera system effectively for tasks such as updating pre-arrival communication, managing traces, and accurately maintaining guest profiles. Additionally, handle other projects and responsibilities assigned by leadership to ensure the department operates smoothly and meets deadlines.
