Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming VIP Guests: Greet and assist all VIP guests with a warm and personalized welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Daily Briefing: Participate in departmental briefings at the beginning of each shift to stay informed about guest arrivals and special requests.
  • Special Requests Management: Take note of all VIP arrivals and ensure that any special requests are promptly addressed and fulfilled.
  • Guest Orientation: Provide guests with a comprehensive orientation of the resort, including attractions, activities, and services available.
  • Communication: Relay any special requests or guest comments to the team and management immediately to ensure swift action.
  • Celebration Recognition: Acknowledge guests celebrating special occasions and coordinate with relevant departments to enhance their experience.
