Job Summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and attentive Front Office professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our hotel's amenities, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure that our service standards are consistently met, and that guests receive a warm and welcoming Anantara experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of resolving guest issues and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Shift Briefings: Conduct daily shift briefings to ensure team members are informed and prepared to deliver exceptional service.
  • Revenue Analysis: Prepare and analyze daily revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree in hotel management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with additional language skills in German, Italian, Chinese, or Arabic a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
