About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Royal Continental Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are readily available.
  2. Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Communication: Answer and redirect incoming calls, take messages, and distribute correspondence and packages as needed.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and secure parcels. Additionally, check, sort, and forward emails in a timely manner.
  5. Office Management: Monitor office supplies, place orders when necessary, and maintain updated records and files.
  6. Financial Management: Assist with monitoring office expenses and costs, and perform other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and scheduling.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position is essential.
  2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with office machines, such as fax and printer, is required. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping is also necessary.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential, and excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and people skills, good organizational and multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are necessary.
