Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Work Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as a receptionist or front office representative.
Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Organizational and Time Management SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Language SkillsFluent in English and Filipino (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
