**General Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Manager and site team.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars as needed.
- Act as the focal point between the department and head office for any administrative and employee-related concerns.
- Schedule Medical (Offshore/Onshore) and Training (T-bosiet, TSbB, HSE induction, etc.).
- Manage petty cash for the site.
**Document Control**:
- Update and maintain master logs of incoming and outgoing transmittals.
- Upload various documents into systems like Aconex, ensuring accuracy and compliance with document control procedures.
- Manage documentation such as transmittals, inspection requests, material submittals, method statements, etc.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
**Attendance Monitoring**:
- Maintain and review daily attendance data of employees to monitor absenteeism.
- Prepare attendance reports and communicate with HR regarding attendance issues.
**ADNOC Portal Management**:
- Upload employee details and relevant documentation into the ADNOC Portal (Seats System).
- Ensure all information uploaded is accurate and up-to-date.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, document control, or a similar role in UAE.
- Experience with petty cash management and calendar coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with document management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ADNOC Portal (Seats System) or similar systems is a plus.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
