**Job Summary**

Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor’s architectural works. Duties include inspection of the Contractors works, Review and commenting on submittals, forwarding submittals to the concerned designer for response, obtaining samples and quotations when required, preparing reports and recommendations and coordination of all architectural works with other disciplines.

We are seeking a **Site Architect (Site Operations)**

**Requirements**:
**Technical Competencies**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Prior UAE experience is mandatory as part of Site and PMC team
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a Site Architect, with a focus on site supervision and construction administration.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Material Submittal Review**: Review and evaluate materials submitted by contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- ** Shop Drawing Review**: Scrutinize shop drawings and detailed construction drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with design intent and contractual obligations.
- ** Regulatory Awareness**: Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to construction projects in the UAE. Ensure all architectural elements meet regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- ** Handover Procedures**: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective handover procedures, ensuring seamless transition from construction to occupancy. Prepare and review documentation required for project handover, including as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties.
- ** Site Attendance**: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure construction activities align with architectural drawings and specifications. Provide on-site guidance to contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of architectural works.
- ** Coordination**: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other architects, to coordinate architectural activities and integrate architectural designs with other disciplines seamlessly.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold design integrity, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations and project objectives.
