Key Responsibilities:
**Project Coordination**:

- **Assist in Project Planning**: Help the project manager develop timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- **Task Management**: Track progress and completion of project tasks and report any delays or risks to the project manager.
- **Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- **Support Project Manager**: Assist in project scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Sales Coordination:

- **Lead Management**: Assist the sales team by managing leads, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales performance metrics.
- **Sales Support**: Prepare quotes, proposals, submission on the portal and sales contracts. Assist in negotiating terms with clients and suppliers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist with follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to support the sales team in identifying new opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, project progress, and client feedback.

Finance
- **Create sales invoice and follow up with the client for payment.**

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (project management, sales, finance) to ensure smooth handoffs and project delivery.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and report potential project or sales risks, working to implement mitigation strategies.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing sales events, and handling general administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in both project coordination and sales support.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Ability to analyze data and create reports for both project
