**Objective**:
providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure the smooth operation of the designated department.

**Qualifications**:
**1. **Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

**2. **Three years of experience in the same field.

**3. **Fluent in English/ and any other language is preferable.

**4. **Excellent interpersonal skills

**5. **Highly self-motivated

**6. **Strong verbal and written communication skills

**7. **Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. **Organizing daily incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessment and handle and responding as appropriate.

**2. **Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

**3. **Composing and preparing routine correspondence and preparing simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested.

**4. **Preparing, assembling and distributing various reports and documents.

**5. **Receiving and screening all incoming telephone calls, providing and receiving information or referring the matters to the appropriate person to handle.

**6. **Keeping calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.

**7. **Establishing and maintaining various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.

**8. **Arranging for various meetings and take minutes.

**9. **Functioning as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively.

**Experience**:

- sales secretary: 3 years (preferred)
