**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the General Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and facilitate the sales process.
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and contracts as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- **Communication Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and various departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Relay important messages, instructions, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster positive communication and collaboration within the sales team and across departments.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Assist in managing customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer feedback and insights.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance metrics.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
