**Job Title: Service Department Coordinator**
As a Service Department Coordinator, you will coordinate between customers and technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include managing service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of service activities. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the service process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive and prioritise service requests from customers and collaborate with other departments such as sales;
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians according to availability and urgency
- Communicate with customers and team to provide updates on service status, estimated completion times, and any additional information as required
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have necessary equipment, parts, and information to complete service tasks
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, invoices, and customer information.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service or administrative role;
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office.
