Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator who will work within our Operations/After Sales department.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Conduct post rectification phone calls to ensure the clients are 100% satisfied
- Ensure that all post installation queries, complaints and maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Be the main point of contact for our clients for all after sales issues with the ability to report and escalate to management as needed
- Ensure that Floorworld’s reputation for customer service and after sales care is of the highest possible standards at all times.
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis related to customer service activities
- Cooperate with various departments to ensure timely updates for clients regarding their orders
- Being proactive in seeking positive feedback from clients, helping gain positive reviews across all of our social media channels to boost the Company’s online profile
**Requirements**:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Administrator or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Company CRM systems
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to priorities tasks
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work as part of a multi-cultural and an ever-expanding team
**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
