Dubai, United Arab Emirates Recruitment and Human Resource Department Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides assistance to department staff.
- Completes basic office functions including supply ordering, mailing, report processing and other office assignments as needed.
- Provides administrative support with year-end tax mailings, assembly of customer tax return packages, and tracking and E-filing of tax returns, etc.
- Responsible for digitizing documents to build electronic customer files for accounting staff.
- Provides assistance with tax services.
- Consistent, timely and accurate delivery of services within association standards as provided in policies and procedures.
- Other tasks associated with support of the accounting department, as requested

**Education**
- Education and/or experience to an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Generally, less than three years of experience in admin field, payroll processing, accounting functions, tax preparation of other financial related processing.

**Preferences**
- Proficient interpersonal relations and English communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Must be able to meet strict deadlines in a timely manner
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax software.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM.
- Gains understanding of required customer information needed to assist the accounting team in payroll, records and/or tax return services.
- Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
