**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify and prioritize key target segments including GP clinics, pharmacies, health food shops, and clinics for partnership opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the health and wellness industry.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to secure distribution channels and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials for B2B clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to selling health and wellness products in the UAE.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
