Personal Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee data both in soft and hard copy formats.
- Keep track of employee attendance and record overtime hours.
- Ensure that employee visas, licenses, and vehicle renewals are up to date.
- Handle employee requests for leave, advances, and other related matters.
- Issue warning letters and distribute salary increase letters as required.
- Enter purchase invoices into the system on a daily basis.
- Maintain document controls, ensuring the proper filing of all purchase and project-related documents.
- Conduct company meetings, record accurate meeting minutes, and provide follow-up reports for the next meeting.
- Oversee insurance-related matters for employees, projects, and vehicles.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Must have a valid husband visa in the UAE.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
