We are currently looking for a Female Executive Secretary/Receptionist for our Sharjah Office.

The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional high level communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

**Job Role**:

- Manage communication with suppliers, stakeholders and clients.
- Perform administrative, secretarial and office support, including drafting and preparation of minutes and presentations
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all the assigned tasks and activities.
- Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.

Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the office and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.

Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tool.

**Experience**:

- receptionist/secretary: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (required)
