**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant - Minimum 2 years.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing schedules or priorities.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.
- **Valid UAE Driving License is essential**.

This role requires a highly organized, reliable individual capable of managing both personal and professional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
