HR Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Proven previous experience in any HR role
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Should be an expert and has hands on experience in Immigration, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE and all visa and work permit process by coordinating with PROs
- Should have good understanding and capable of preparing overtime reports
- Support the department of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Oversee and prepare letters requests such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc.
- Be part of Talent Acquisition and deliver results by taking responsibility to cover assigned job roles
- Attend employee queries in a timely manner
- Being on the toes at all times and deliver results and outcomes
- Minimum of 3 years UAE experience is mandatory
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
