**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage proactively with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure setup,challenges, and future needs.
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive technical solutions includingarchitectures, diagrams, and documentation to support proposals, leveraging our productand services.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to identify and articulate technical requirements based on client discussions to craft compelling proposals and presentations
- Ability to prepare customized technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrationstailored to specific client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and functionalities of our solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor during client meetings, answering inquiries and addressing concerns with professionalism and expertise
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to the sales team, aiding in their understanding of complex technical aspects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancement strategies.
- Act as a technical advisor during client meetings and discussions.
- Assist in the creation of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request forInformation). Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience in a technical pre-sales role within the IT infrastructuredomain.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage,networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complextechnical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically andprovide innovative solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications in technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc.).
- Experience with specific software or tools relevant to IT infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and security best practices.
