**JOB PURPOSE**:
To support the presales for Digital practice

Bachelor's degree or higher

Specialized Technical Certifications

7+ years in IT Services (Digital)

**REPORTING TO**:
Practice Manager

**LOCATION**:
Dubai

**RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS)**:

- Responsible to collaborate with sales and create opportunities through proactive pitching of Digital Offerings and Solutions/use cases.
- Work closely with the delivery teams to effectively prepare the proposals and be able to add the Business challenges of the customer and our solution with Differentiation.
- Discuss and capture requirements of customers.
- Capable of presenting and demonstrating our solutions and software services to prospects in a compelling manner and elaborate business outcomes.
- Manage RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, technical discussions, and design solution.
- Effective engagement of Vendors and Partners in constructing new deals, pricing and delivering solutions
- Be a consultant to customers to drive future growth prospects by continuously improving knowledge of their industry domain.
- Be involved in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals.
- Develop propositions for replication
- Work closely with marketing to develop brand recall and leads.
- Write success stories and articles time to time.
- Attain technical and presales certifications as required by partner programs.
