Job summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programs & Partnerships Sales Executive with a healthcare background to join our Programs and Partnerships Team. You will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and sales support to our Clients, i.e. Patients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations. Your goal will be to promote and sell our healthcare programs, i.e. products and services, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our Patients and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare industry
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Providing personalized service and support to Clients, i.e. Patients
- Assisting Clients with product and service selection
- Providing information and education on healthcare products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure Client satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:

- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s healthcare products and services
- Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for Clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business
- A proven track record of successful client relationships management
- Data-driven, ability to understand data
- 3-4 year experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAE
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role
- Friendly and adaptable attitude
- Open to working every weekend shift, i.e. Saturday & Sunday and public holidays
- A driving license
