**Female Partnership Development Executive” required for an educational group in the UAE.**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Identify potential partner institutions globally to establish collaborations aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, personal references and through the global ambassadors of the institution.
- Prepare and disseminate excellent partnership proposals.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and discussions with prospective partners to successfully complete the partnership process.
- Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership to assess partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and partner institutions.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, preparing reports on key metrics, successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on global trends and developments in higher education, to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including formal written communications) to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be self-driven and committed to achieve the target.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
