**Role Overview**:
**As a Partnership Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships with retailers and other potential partners in UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales and partnership strategy that aligns with business objectives. You will actively engage with key stakeholders, build relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships to expand our reach and enhance our solution offerings.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and prospect potential retailers or fintech partners in Dubai to expand partner network.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, industry associations, and potential strategic partners.**:

- **Develop and execute a strategic sale and partnership plan to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.**:

- **Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to leverage partnership opportunities and drive lead generation and conversion.**:

- **Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.**:

- **Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.**:

- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.**:

- **Act as a brand ambassador, representing MarhabaGTS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.**:

- **Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, ensuring a seamless and successful partnership experience.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.**:

- **Proven experience as a Partnership Specialist or a similar role, preferably in the Discount and offers, Loyalty and Fintech solutions.**:

- **Strong knowledge of the retail industry in UAE, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.**:

- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements, considering the needs of both parties.**:

- **Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative partnership opportunities.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.**:

- **Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**:

- **Proficiency in English is highly desirable. Arabic is Highly desireable.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, New-Grad

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
