The position holder is responsible for
- Coordinate with Knowledge, Supporting & Technology Partners and make sure that partnership terms are being implemented with proper Action Plans from both sides.
- Working to actively recruit new partners to meet annual targets through sourcing leads and selling, as well as reacting to incoming leads
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and set up and attend meetings with potential new partners
- Building close relationships with partners and stakeholders through key account meetings, calls and networking events to aid retention
- Maintain a keen understanding of the partners’ industry trends and make appropriate recommendations on what our organization can offer
- Plan, execute and monitor activities as to how deliverables will be carried out.
- Ensures that planned and set deliverables to the Sponsors and Supporting Partners are met.
- Help manage an efficient renewal process including reporting on activity, and securing indirect revenues through the Partners Network.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a partnership model to meet market and economic demand, including reviewing partner benefits and implementation Methodologies and feasibility.
- Achieving KPI’s to include number of new partnerships; retained partners; number of training events; number of networking events
- Other duties as assigned by the position’s line manager and/or the company’s management
