The main objective is to drive growth by positioning Measurement Solutions as No Equal within our well-established end users in O&G, petrochemicals, and Power industries. This position is responsible for focusing on customer accounts in Oman excluding PDO & Oxy.
The Sales Manager is responsible for building the site plans & their practical execution, identifying Measurement Solution (MSOL) opportunities, and pursuing them to win and contribute to the growth of the MSOL business in Oman. The person will be responsible for delivering the agreed sales and bookings target for the MSOL product line, in the end, user sites by maintaining & cultivating key relationships and business/project activity.
**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- Meet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets for the Oman market
- Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure Business Unit plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented promptly
- Establish and develop strong high-level relationships with key leaders at all levels within the assigned accounts.
- Develop relationships with end users and site business plans and ensure execution of the planned activities.
- Collaborate with Local Business Partner in Oman to maximize business out of the assigned customer base.
**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent
- Eight to ten years of industry experience; must have experience with Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals.
- Application knowledge of Field instruments & Analytical product ranges.
- Strong business skills & commercial awareness
- Ability to communicate and deliver business-based value messages.
- Able to travel 50-60% of the time (within Oman).
- Proven background in proactive / solution selling.
- Knowledge in Field Instrumentation & Industry
