Position Summary

Enhance Distribution of a full range of MX products such as Smartwatches, True-wireless devices and mobile accessories across Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain Markets.

Develop Channel Strategy and Promote in-country sales in these countries.

Achieve assigned sales targets via planning key strategies and executing the same.

Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focus on target Markets.

Role and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Sales Target Management

Set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and participate in encouraging employee morale.

Sales Strategy Setting

Develop the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data.

Sales Support

Provide the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organization and their efforts to meet the sales target.

Sales Monitoring, Opportunity Identification and Risk Management

Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and analyze risk factors through communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years' of Key Account Management experience in the Consumer Electronics industry with a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in MS tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality content for top management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Channel Actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
- Strong Analytical skills
- Priority setting & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GCC Markets is an added advantage
