Secretary /coordinator

**Responsibility**
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective
customers to generate new business for the products/services.
- Receive Requisition/Purchase Order from customer /Sales Executive and process it
for generating Sales Order.
- Coordinate with the production/logistic team to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers
- Respond based on commitment to sales order inquiries, customer calls, request for product presentations and visits.
- Schedule meeting of customers with Supervisor, Sales Manager or Assistant Manager for sales growth.
- Maintain, update and communicate the price list of all products to each Sales Advisor and further ensure that the same updated price list has also been communicated to the customers.
- Communicate updated discount policies to each customer and promote compliance to the same discount policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's database.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by the Manager.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other related course
**Experience**
- At least four (4) years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in paints-related goods and specializing in selling and marketing industrial paint products in UAE.
- Experience in sales and market research of paints-related products preferred.
- Individuals may have technical knowledge of paints product and reporting skills.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
