**Admin / Secretary**
- Schedule meetings and arrangements for vendors and project coordination.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Maintain files records
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Prepares reports by collecting information.
- Preparing Monthly staff attendance and submit to accounts.
- Liaising with Account Dept.
- Process bills for payment
- Process Contractors invoices attested by Consultant submit for cheque preparations.
- Releasing payments cheques and submitting to the accounts the receipt vouchers.
- Updating Project Statement of account

**Procurement**:

- Prepares inquiries for the needed items and equipment for the Project.
- Follows up quotations from the suppliers.
- Prepare comparison sheets from the gathered quotations.
- Preparing Local Purchase Order and Letter of Intent as per instructions.
- Monitoring and chasing up delivery for the ordered materials
- Coordination with the project site for the materials deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Experience with merchandising software systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
