**Experience: Secretary/Admin with knowledge in Building Construction (A MUST)**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Coordinate projects and assist in their successful completion
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Process & Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
- Coordination and monitoring of stocks in the office.
- Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
- Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Filing, Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
- Transcribe correspondence, memos, and other documents accurately
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
