Payroll Accountant and HR Admin Officer

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT:
- Process monthly payroll for employees, handling timesheets and ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, allowances, and deductions. Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in payroll-related projects and process improvements
HR ADMIN OFFICER:
- Background with manpower supply is a must.
- Knowledge in UAE visa processing.
- Assisting the PRO with the complete employment process. Maintains files through EPRO system.
- Application of health insurance and coordinating with the insurance company.
- Monitoring employee documents such as Passports, Visa, Emirates ID, Insurance etc.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
