We are looking for an **HR and ADMIN Assistant** Experience with minimum 3 to 5 years UAE experience.

Following are mandatory requirements for the applicants

**HR and ADMIN Assistant**

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. HR Department
- anything related to HR and Admin. activities, will be coordinated with Senior HR Specialist, including but not limited to:
1. 1 Manage Office Supplies

a. Responsible for placing orders (to ask for and manage office supplies.)

b. Maintain inventory levels, to ensure that necessary supplies are available.

c. To ensure that supplies are stocked/kept properly.

1.2 Attendance Monitoring—To ensure that the Weekly and Monthly attendance sheets are received as scheduled or per the cut-off.

1.3 HR System - to update regularly, or as needed.

1.4 Documentation and Filling of Documents
- Company and Employee

1.5 On-line Registration (Company related)
- Working in coordination with PRO, if necessary.

1.6 Passport Custodian—To ensure the on-time release of Passports, if needed and required, with the approval of the Passport Releasing Form by the Department Head.

a. To inform the employee of concern for passports soon to expire (6 months duration).

1.7 To assist in follow-ups, if needed and required.

1.8 To register new employees in Biometrics and HR System (Employees’ Full Employment Details,

including salary details).

1.9 Employee Letter, and other related documents.

a. Salary Certificate

b. Employment Certificate

c. Experience Certificate

1.10 Employee Engagement, in coordination with the team.

1.11 Insurance addition and deletion

1.12 Other related clerical works. Photocopying, scanning, print-out, filing, etc.

2. Recruitment

2.1. Preparing JD in coordination with the HR Consultant

2.2. Selection

2.3. Screening - Pre-screening

2.4. Coordinate completion of background checks.

2.5. Hiring in coordination with the HR Consultant

2.6. Onboarding including registration in the payroll and announcement.

2.7. Processing of visa through PRO.

a. To take all necessary documents from the employee.

4. To engage in planning HR internal or external activities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
